My name is Daniel Smith. I come from London, England where I graduated with a GPA equivalent of 3.1. I successfully completed a year of training at Impact Basketball in Las Vegas(2022-23), which helped me improve my game significantly to get up to collegiate level to go on to play this year at Merritt college in Oakland, California(2023-24).

I am strong and well-coordinated with a powerful athletic build, my coaches tell me that I am very coachable and can take-on and execute game plans well and my basketball IQ has improved massively this year.

I’m looking to find a quality coaching staff to help me develop my game and help me to progress and continue to improve and learn. I will absolutely provide formidable competition for the team during practice and want to help lead the team to success.

I see myself as a 6’9 connector offensively I only really found my stride and made the most of my opportunities towards the end of my year but provided massively on the defensive end with both help defence and shot blocking which as a team we were able to turn into offensive opportunities. I am a center and have fully embraced that role as a rebounder and shot blocker with a large paint presence. I also pose a significant offensive threat
